The Divine Days Celebration Awards is an opportunity to honour those individuals and businesses who have demonstrated a commitment to accessibility and to breaking down barriers for people in our community who are vulnerable or face additional barriers to inclusion. Inclusive Skills Champion
Recognising any individual or team member who promotes the value of inclusive practice for learning life and work skills alongside developing inclusive/innovative projects to promote opportunities for apprentices, supported interns, or other team members with additional needs.

Celebrating any individual who promotes the importance of emotional well-being and mental health of staff (and clients/students/families as applicable) and who has shown a commitment to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing as part of the life of the setting.

This award recognises an inspirational team member who brings a clear vision of what they want to achieve for those they educate. One who has made a significant contribution to improve outcomes for children and young people and who motivates, encourages and supports both staff and children/young people to be happy, thrive and to reach their full potential.

Recognising a team member who has made a significant contribution to their environment and local community, one who has shown dedication and commitment, working behind the scenes to overcome challenges and improve the life chances of people living in Lancashire who are vulnerable and/or have additional needs.

Those who recognise that people in our community who live with disabilities, learning disabilities and neurodiversity are an enormous asset to the world and so actively break down barriers to create an environment which celebrates difference.

Shining Star Award
For any young person or child who has additional needs, learning disability, disability and/or is neurodiverse, who despite the difficulties they have faced in life, have gone on to do wonderful things within their community. A young person who has found their voice or faced great challenges and despite of it all, have still found the ability to smile, show compassion and kindness.

Judges Category
This award acknowledges an individual (18+) or business who may or may not have a large network or public facing profile in order to gain lots of votes, but who the judges recognise as making a significant difference to breaking down barriers for either the lives of their staff or colleagues, customers or community. A nominated person may work hard behind the scenes in a supporting, operational or management role. Or a nominated business may be a micro, new or fast-growing organisation.
please note, there can be no conflict of interest for the judges award. Therefore anybody who is a judge, can not vote for their own organisation, staff, colleagues or any member of their family (including partner married or non married).
Voting is now open and will stay open until 10am on Tuesday 12th November 10pm GMT
On Thursday 14th November we will notify the top 3 nominees in each category.
On Tuesday 19th November, we will share the details of each of the nominees, across our social media and our website.
Voting will then reopen, and you will have 10 more days to choose your winner from the nominees and to place your final vote for each category.
Final voting for category winners closes at 10pm on Wednesday 4th December.
Winners will be announced at the Community Celebration Awards.
