New Year - Same Challenges

We are a couple of weeks Into the New Year and many of the resolutions we may have set have been broken and we spiral into the Winter blues.
 
However, rather than regret or get frustrated, there is no reason that you can’t continually start new resolutions, if it impacts positively.
 
So if you’ve hit the buffers on a new beginning, why not do it again today? The more often you set yourself a challenge, each time you will be one step nearer totally succeeding and changing.
 
However, the key is the fact that you are in a position to want to change, which is about 75% of the way there already, so you are doing amazing and by setting the challenges in the first place gives hope that you are making the change slowly, but for the best.
 
Keep going with any new changes and you will get there.
